•Visa / DHA Renewal
•Employee Provisions and Benefits (Leaves, Ticket, Medical Insurance, Uniforms….etc)
•Preparing Memos and it’s compliance
•Recruitment and Selection (interview and job offer)
•Separation Process (EOS Calculation, Exit Interview, Clearance)
•Company Business Renewals (Office Re Insuran License / DHA etc…)
•Employee Relations (complaints, concerns , job description, etc…)
•Personnel Development / Incentive Program (KPI and Performance Evaluation)
Other task:
-Checking of Archive Reports
-Call Log requests
-Email Correspondence
-Attending to other requests of Employees (Salary Certificates, NOC, etc)
- Female, preferably Philippine national
- must be in UAE
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- 2 years minimum experience in HR
