Job Summary:
The Instrument Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of all instrumentation and control systems. This role ensures that plant instruments operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of instrumentation systems.
Calibrate, test, and troubleshoot various field instruments (pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters, control valves, analyzers, etc.).
Support installation and commissioning of new instrumentation and control systems.
Maintain doentation and records for all maintenance activities, calibration reports, and equipment history.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry regulations (e.g., IEC, ISA, ISO, etc.).
Supervise and coordinate with technicians and contractors during shutdowns and turnarounds.
Analyze equipment failures and provide recommendations for improvements or replacements.
Work closely with operations, electrical, and mechanical departments to maintain plant reliability.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical failures.
