Position: Maintenance Engineer
Qualification: Civil Engineer
The selected candidate needs to ensure compliance of construction, renovation and maintenance related activities as per the regulatory requirements. Keep abreast of latest technical developments in constructions, renovations and facilities maintenance. Prepare periodic reports on performance of building and maintenance operations. The job includes:
• Coordinate with the sourcing team to ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools and equipment.
• Assign tasks to technicians and other related people, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Supervise the installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of projects activities, including work orders, change orders, and daily progress reports.
• Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• 5-6 years of UAE experience in Contraction, renovation and MEP works
• Good experience in maintaining safety standards as per OSHO
• Good English language skills. Arabic and Hindi would be an advantage.
• Training skills including presentation skills
• Supervisory skills
• Auditing skills
• Valid UAE driving license.
