Following production plans and proper handover of shifts.
Ensuring best hygiene practices, cleaning of storage facilities in the section.
Responsible for proper storage and labeling procedures based on HACCP standards.
Food, Accommodation and Transportation provided.
Minimum 5 years experience in a 4/5 star hotel or a catering company.
Trade certificate in Bake or apprenticeship in a recognized hotel or catering compa certificate.
