•The company is now looking to hire a Talent Acquisiti Lead & Staffing Manager with experience in hiring staff at all levels for Hotels and Restautants in Dubai and other middle east countries.
•The role requires you to be an experienced HR and Recruitment professional with a strong track record in managing the Talent Acquisition & Staffing requirements of a large Hotels and F&B companies.
•Experience is required in managing Permanent Staffing and Hiring, Temp Staffing, Bulk Hiring recruitments using Agencies and Partners, Direct Recruitment, Manpower Planning & Budgeting.
•Experience from hiring from India is required.
•Experienced staffing Professionals with Minimum 6 - 12 years of experience in the UAE and GCC countries
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Corporate experience in a similar role is essential or premium Agency experience with 10 + Years is required..
