Job Description:
• Design and implement sales plans to reach sales targets
• Own and h annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
• Cultivate lasting relationships with all schools in Qatar
• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of STEAM products & intimidated the daily deals pipeline
• Build and establish positive relationships with schools to enhance patronage and increase clientele
• Comply with departmental action plans in order to achieve set objectives
• CRM daily update
Required Skills and Competencies:
• A passion for reaching out and striking up conversations with new people every day and establishing collaborative relationships
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written form, in order to influence others and achieve results.
• A desire to embrace your own constant learning and development.
Familiarity with K-12, higher education, or professional training curricula and solutions.
Understanding of educational standards, instructional strategies, and teaching technologies.
Desirable Requirements:
• Previous experience in a sales role, following sales plans, running sales campaigns, or consistently achieving sales quotas
• Previous experience in education sales role that involved effectively communicating with executive level contacts
• A valid driver’s license and a private car is recommended
