•As a supply Chain staff, communicating with customers to understand the requirements -if needed-.
•Communicate and negotiate with local suppliers to find required items, prices and negotiate, issuing purchase order as per instruction.
•Communicate with salespersons and receives information.
•Prepare quotations, invoices, warehouse in / out records.
•Keep records of quotations, invoices and orders in customer file.
•Preparing and maintain statement of account (SOA) for Customer dues .
•Other tasks related to supply chain activities
