A leading logistics company in Dubai, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Helpers. As a Warehouse Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks within the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Sort and organize incoming and outgoing products and materials.
Prepare orders for shipment and ensure accuracy of items and quantities.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Help with other general warehouse tasks as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
